Job description

At SWAT Environmental, we install "Radon Mitigation Systems" protect homes and businesses across the nation from the harmful effects of Radon. SWAT Environmental is looking for an organized, outgoing, and efficient New Build Project Coordinator to support the daily operations of the new build sector of the business. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, dependable professional capable of undertaking a variety of tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion.
We are seeking Candidates that live within 25 miles of Centennial, CO - 80112
This is an Onsite position in our Centennial, CO office (this is NOT a remote position)

Essential Functions:
  • New build project scheduling, rescheduling, and dispatching.
  • Monitor and track customer updates to include PO generation approvals, and closeouts in CRMs/ERPs.
  • Ensure technician time off and holidays are blocked off in internal system.
  • Create and update Points of Contact (POC) Tracker.
  • Answer service and billing calls.
  • Bill and invoice for new construction projects.
  • Follow up with new construction customers to resolve outstanding invoices.
  • Learn details of the radon mitigation industry, including the ability to discuss in detail how systems are designed, priced, installed and serviced.
  • Complete outbound follow-up customer calls.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • 1+ years of scheduling experience in a construction environment.
  • 1+ years of phone-based customer service and/or sales experience.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Pro-active and self-motivated to prioritize tasks and execute accordingly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Ability to learn new products and services and effectively communicate them to customers

Compensation:
  • Company$25.00hr
  • Full time / Mon - Fri
  • Onsite in our Centennial, CO office (this is NOT a remote position)
