About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will manage our sales pipeline and develop new client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Business Development

Network and interact with residential and commercial decision makers throughout our market.

✅ Lead Qualification

Respond to inbound leads and convert prospective clients through referrals, inquiries, and outreach.

✅ Opening New Client Relationships

Conduct client meetings, perform site visits, create proposals, and secure new landscaping maintenance and design-build projects.

✅ Client Relationship Management

Build trust with new clients and ensure a strong first experience with our company.

✅ Team Collaboration

Work closely with our operations team to ensure accurate proposals and smooth project execution.

✅ Pipeline & Performance Tracking

Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and opportunities while tracking key performance metrics.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking motivated, results-oriented men and women who:

✔ Have 1–3+ years of sales or client-facing experience

✔ Have interest in landscaping, construction, or outdoor services (preferred but not required)

✔ Excel at building relationships and identifying client needs

✔ Are organized and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously

✔ Have strong communication and follow-up skills

✔ Enjoy working with people and developing long-term client relationships

✔ Thrive in a goal-driven environment and enjoy working independently
