Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group (PAFMG) is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to join our established team in San Jose, California.

This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a well-established outpatient practice with an extensive internal referral network, allowing you to develop a busy practice from day one. You'll practice in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with access to cutting-edge technology, experienced clinical support staff, and an on-campus ambulatory surgery center.

Position Highlights

• Join a fully established outpatient Interventional Spine practice with a strong internal referral network
• Practice in a modern, state-of-the-art outpatient medical center
• Collaborate with specialists across multiple disciplines in a highly integrated healthcare system
• Convenient access to a Sutter Health-affiliated ambulatory surgery center located on campus
• Full-time schedule consisting of 35 patient-contact hours per week
• Fellowship training in Interventional Spine or Pain Management preferred
• Opportunity to build a long-term practice with the support of one of the largest physician organizations in California

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
• Fellowship training in Interventional Spine or Pain Management preferred
• Eligible for or possess an active California medical license

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive guaranteed salary of $279,000–$310,000 for the first two years
• Production bonus opportunity during guarantee period
