With locations in some of the world's most dynamic cities-LasVegas, London, Dubai, Singapore and now L.A.-SUSHISAMBA is known forculinary creativity, immersive design, and a high-energy atmosphere unlike anyother.
We're on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic RestaurantManager to join our team and help deliver unforgettable hospitality ina one-of-a-kind setting.
WhatYou'll Do:
- Supervise daily shift operations and ensure compliance with allrestaurant policies, standards and procedures
- Open and close restaurant shifts and ensure completion of assignednecessary opening and closing duties
- Meet and greet guests and set an exemplary example of guestservice
- Assists servers and hosts during shifts when required
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to upskill the team on menu itemsincluding ingredients and preparation methods
- Participate in sales strategy forecast meetings to anticipateservice and staffing needs
- Effectively schedule teams in accordance with business demands
- Direct, train and upskill members ofthe SUSHISAMBA team
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years of experience working as a Restaurant Manager or higher
- Excellent communication skills in the English language both written andverbal
- The ability to maintain and follow processes and standards
- Drive and ambition with the desire to learn and grow within the team
- Full ownership of your role
- Possess a valid Food Handler Card
- Validdocumentationof your right to work in the U.S.
