About the Role:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of product initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product roadmaps and deliver innovative solutions that meet market demands. Your role involves deeply understanding customer needs, analyzing competitive landscapes, and leveraging data-driven insights to prioritize features and enhancements. You will be responsible for managing the entire SureFire Illumination product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration, ensuring alignment with company goals and user experience standards. Ultimately, your leadership will be critical in shaping products that create significant value for both the company and its customers.

• Ability to convey complex, technical information to a non-technical audience with clarity.
• Intermediate understanding of financial and accounting principles
• Must have familiarity with and comfort in handling firearms
• Excel familiarity and proficiency a must

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or up to 6 years’ relevant work experience preferred.

Mathematical Skills

• Ability to perform calculations utilizing arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division normally attained through elementary school education.

Computer Skills

• Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Knowledge of Epicor9 is a plus.
