PARKING & TRANSPORTATION SUPERVISOR — [Jacksonville, FL]
Lead a shift, keep operations running smooth, and be the person your team can count on.
Elite Parking Services of America is looking for a hands-on Supervisor to run day-to-day parking and transportation operations during an assigned shift. You’ll be the on-site leader for your team — coordinating staff, keeping service sharp, solving problems as they come up, and making sure everyone’s following the standards that keep our clients happy and our operations safe.
What you’ll do
Parking Operations
• Keep daily parking operations safe, organized, and moving efficiently
• Monitor entrances, exits, and parking areas throughout your shift
• Make sure staff are following procedures, safety standards, and service expectations
• Flag equipment, facility, or safety issues before they become bigger problems
Transportation Operations
• Coordinate driver assignments, routes, schedules, and coverage for the shift
• Adjust on the fly when something changes — a route, a schedule, a passenger issue
• Confirm drivers meet company and position requirements
• Handle vehicle or scheduling issues, and escalate the serious ones
Safety & Reporting
• Address unsafe conditions immediately, don’t wait
• Document accidents, incidents, complaints, and anything significant during the shift
• Complete shift reports and logs accurately and on time
• Keep Operations Management in the loop on anything that matters
• Support investigations when needed
Customer & Client Service
• Be a professional point of contact for employees, passengers, and clients during your shift
• Handle service concerns quickly and calmly
• Balance a customer-first mindset with operational and safety standards
What you need
• Previous supervisory, lead, transportation, parking, hospitality, or operations experience preferred
• Strong communication and decision-making skills — you stay level-headed when things get busy
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting staffing needs
• Basic computer skills for reports and documentation
• Reliable, able to work independently
• Valid Class B CDL required
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and work in varying weather, indoors and out
