Job description

Seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician eager to practice in a rewarding rural setting while enjoying a balanced lifestyle.

Details
  • Full‑time 1.0 FTE outpatient Family Medicine opportunity
  • Locations: 2 rural locations NW of Madison, WI
  • Full‑Spectrum Family Medicine practice without Obstetrics
  • Opportunity to provide pre and postnatal care for interested physicians
  • Approximately 12–14 patients per day
  • Position participates in the Orion Initiative – (Recruit‑PCP) grant program supports rural physician recruitment by allowing newly hired physicians to dedicate up to 20% of their time to community or population health projects.
  • 35 patient contact hours
  • 8 hours dedicated toward research and/or community projects aligned with population health initiatives
  • Opportunity may be especially appealing to physicians interested in research, innovation, community health initiatives, and practicing in a flexible rural setting
  • On‑site lab services available at the Elroy clinic
  • Imaging services available through the hospital located approximately 10 miles away
  • National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site, making physicians eligible for federal loan repayment opportunities
  • Visa support available (J‑1, H‑1B, and Green Card sponsorship considered)
