Supio is looking for passionate Senior Software Engineers to help deliver scalable and innovative solutions. The role involves leading the design and development of high-quality software solutions across multiple layers of the technology stack, focusing on customer-centric experiences and leveraging advanced AI technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and Innovate: Drive the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions. Contribute to product direction and feature prioritization.
• Full Stack Development: Work across the technology stack, from frontend to backend, to deliver end-to-end solutions. Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient systems.
• Applied AI and Data Intelligence: Develop and productionize AI-driven capabilities that solve real customer problems, ensuring accuracy, performance, and scalability at high volumes.
• Customer Focus and Collaboration: Understand customer needs and pain points, translating them into effective technical solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and customer support, to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues. Advocate for and implement new tools, technologies, and processes to improve our development workflow.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack development
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in React, Typescript and Nodejs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience working in an agile development environment, with a focus on iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Preferred:
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and advanced AI technologies
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced work environment
• Strong understanding of backend development, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and database technologies.
