About the Role

The Project Finance Analyst will support structuring, modeling, and execution of renewable project financing, including tax equity, debt, and M&A transactions. You’ll play a critical role in evaluating economics, preparing materials for investors, and ensuring financing packages align with company growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models for renewable projects
  • Support negotiations with banks, investors, and tax equity partners
  • Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and risk assessment
  • Prepare investment memos and presentations for executive review
  • Collaborate with development and engineering teams on pipeline economics
  • Track market trends in renewable financing structures
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s in finance, economics, or engineering; MBA/CPA/CFA a plus
  • 2–5 years experience in project finance, investment banking, or energy finance
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling expertise
  • Familiarity with renewable incentives, tax equity, and PPA structures
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
