Job Description
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Answer and reply to emails
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Assist in the up-selling of products on display
  • Be able to run errands, reliable form of transportation is a must

Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields is preferred but not necessary
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Average to strong sales skills

This is a position that will enable you to grow, and earn according to your qualification and ability to learn!
Compensation is $11/hr-$17/hr depending on experience and abilities.
