Sunrise Services is seeking a Recruiter to join the HR Team! This is a hybrid work opportunity!

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • As instructed by the HRDirector; collaborate and implement company recruitment programby:researching recruiting strategies, recruiting applicants to fill specific staff positions necessary to support clients, track job openings by client, site and program, write job postings, prepare and place ads, prepare and send mailings, design recruitments fliers and application materials, respond to applicant questions, represent the company at job fairs.
  • Expand and increase recruiting networks,contactsand resources to strengthenthe company'sstrategic vision for obtaining and sustaining the best possible employees for each individual available position.
  • Adhere to and promote the company's affirmative action/equal opportunity employment efforts: monitor recruitment efforts for compliance with plan and current laws, collect and process affirmative action data, prepare required reports, respond to complaints of harassment or unlawful discrimination.
  • Track time to fill metrics.
  • Ensure job descriptions properly support client choice and self-determination.
  • Write and edit reports, letters, and other documents for HRDirectoron employment-recruitingrelated issues.
  • Keep client interests andneedsa central focusonallrecruitingmatters.
  • Collaborate with HRDirectorand Hiring Managersin the area ofcontemporary recruitment trends andbestpractices.
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires.
  • Ability to drive to job fairs and Sunrise locations as needed.Mileage reimbursement will be offered. Therefore, must have a current and valid WA state driver's license.

Wage:

  • $22.77 - $27/hour
  • All wages depend on applicable experience, license, and education.

Schedule:

  • Hybrid: Monday - Tuesday, 8 am - 4:30 pm work from home and Wednesday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm in office.
  • The first 2 weeks will be for training and we will require you to be in the office for all 5 working days. After the 2 week training, you will have the opportunity to work the hybrid schedule.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.Bachelor's degree related to Business or Human Resources preferred.
  • PreviousHuman Resource experiencerequired
  • 2-3years' experienceas a recruiter in a 300+ employee company
  • DSHS background clearancerequired.
  • Current valid WA State Driver's License required.
