Job Type: Part-Time

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will have basic maintenance skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to respond quickly to repair and maintenance needs throughout the property.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout motel rooms and common areas
• Repair or replace basic plumbing fixtures, electrical components, locks, doors, and hardware
• Perform painting, drywall repairs, caulking, and other general upkeep
• Inspect rooms and property areas for maintenance issues
• Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests
• Maintain grounds and exterior areas as needed
• Keep maintenance tools and work areas clean and organized
• Help ensure the property is safe, clean, and well-maintained
• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, handyman, apartment, hotel, or motel experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and perform physical maintenance tasks
• Must be dependable, honest, and respectful toward guests and coworkers
• Valid driver's license preferred
