• Shadow Staff: Observe daily field work alongside experienced healthcare and social work professionals.
• Patient Companion: Spend meaningful time with patients, offering companionship and support.
• Admin Support: Help manage behind-the-scenes office workflow and coordination.

Requirements:

• TB Test: A TB blood test is required - paid for by Suncrest.
• Background Check: Standard state and federal background checks are required. Fingerprinting may be needed.
• Orientation: A single 1.5-hour orientation/training session where we'll review guidelines and complete all paperwork together.
