The Swimming Pool Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing pool equipment and automation systems in various pool environments. This role requires expertise in pool equipment maintenance, chemical knowledge, and the ability to interact effectively with customers while ensuring safety compliance and accurate record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment and automation systems
• Perform routine maintenance and schedule service appointments
• Ensure proper chemical balance and knowledge of swimming pool chemicals
• Maintain safety compliance in all service activities
• Document all service work and maintain accurate records
• Interact professionally with customers to address concerns and provide service updates

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pool maintenance
• Technical training in pool systems or related field
