• Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records within the electronic medical system
• Remain informed about advances in ultrasound imaging techniques and practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a compatible field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Necessary Certifications

• Current registration by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or similar
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
