Exploration Drilling Technician – Maverick Springs Project (Nevada, USA)

Sun Silver is seeking an experienced Exploration Drilling Technician to support drilling activities as part of the Company's 2026 ~10,000m core drilling program at the Maverick Springs Project in Nevada.

This is a hands-on, site-based role suited to a highly organised operator with proven experience managing multi-rig drilling programs within a contractor-driven environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting day-to-day drilling operations, ensuring efficient execution across multiple rigs while maintaining strong oversight of contractors, logistics, and site requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing day-to-day drilling activities across multiple rigs
• Coordinating drilling and earthworks contractors
• Tracking contractor daily reports and validating invoices against dailies and contract terms
• Managing site vendors and logistics
• Maintaining stock levels of drilling consumables (mud, fuel, and expendables)
• Overseeing site vehicles and equipment
• Transporting drill core between site and the core processing facility
• Acting as liaison between contractors and local accommodation providers (RV park)

About You

• 3–6 years' experience supporting or managing exploration drilling programs
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multi-rig drilling operations and contractors
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in reporting, cost tracking, and invoice validation
• Practical, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to operate independently in a site environment
• Experience in Nevada or similar U.S. jurisdictions advantageous

• Engagement as an independent contractor (own company required)
