Compensation:

$74,500


Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the daily schedule of the Financial Advisor, ensuring all appointments and meetings are timely and efficiently organized.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, fostering strong relationships and ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Prepare and organize essential documents and reports for client meetings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee and streamline office operations, maintaining a productive and organized work environment.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of client events and workshops, enhancing client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage email correspondence, prioritizing and responding to messages to support seamless communication.
  • Maintain a comprehensive filing system, ensuring all client information is securely stored and easily accessible when needed.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing and maintaining client tracking systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and currency.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage complex scheduling, optimizing the advisor's calendar for maximum productivity.
  • Proven track record of effectively communicating with clients, carriers, and business partners through various channels.
  • Strong organizational skills to monitor outstanding cases and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met promptly.
  • Experience in preparing materials and gathering information to support client meetings and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to maintain efficient office operations by organizing workflows and prioritizing assignments.
  • Proven ability to record thorough notes from conversations, maintaining organized and accessible documentation.
