Roofing Sales Consultant

Summit Roofing | Round Rock, TX

Summit Roofing is an established Central Texas roofing company serving homeowners throughout the Austin and surrounding areas. We're looking for motivated, professional salespeople to join our growing sales team.

This is a commission-based sales position with uncapped earning potential for someone who is comfortable building relationships, generating new business, and working directly with homeowners.

Roofing experience is not required. We provide the training, tools, and support needed to learn the roofing industry and our sales process.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, networking, and other prospecting activities
• Follow up with company-provided opportunities when available
• Meet with homeowners and conduct roof assessments
• Identify roofing needs and present appropriate solutions
• Prepare and present proposals
• Help homeowners understand the roofing and insurance restoration process when applicable
• Follow up with prospects and customers throughout the sales process
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in our CRM
• Coordinate with Summit's production and office teams as projects move from sale through completion
• Represent Summit Roofing professionally in the field and throughout the community

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Comfortable prospecting and generating your own business
• Willingness to participate in door-to-door canvassing
• Organized and able to consistently follow up with customers and prospects
• Coachable and willing to learn Summit's sales process
• Previous sales experience is preferred, but roofing experience is not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States

Compensation

This is a performance-based commission position with uncapped earning potential. Compensation is directly tied to the business you generate and sell.

Additional details regarding Summit's commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.

Training & Support

Summit provides training on roofing systems, inspections, estimating, insurance restoration, our sales process, CRM and technology, and customer communication.

You'll also receive ongoing coaching and field support as you develop your business.
