Austin, Texas | $40,000–$50,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

Summit Rec2Rec is partnered with a portfolio of high-growth clients across Finance, Technology, Energy, Life Sciences, Legal, and Professional Services—now hiring elite 2026 Graduates to join their June-September intake in Austin, Texas.

This is not your average graduate role. This is for athletes, competitors, and high-performers who thrive under pressure and are driven to win.

Location Requirement:

You must be currently based in Texas (ideally Austin) or willing to relocate to Austin immediately, and hold full right to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

The Role

You’ll step into a high-performance, sales-driven environment where your results directly impact your earnings and progression.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Winning new business and building your own client base
  • Headhunting top-tier talent within your market
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle (360 role)
  • Competing in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Driving revenue and exceeding performance targets

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Recent graduates available to start (ASAP)
  • Sporting background (scholarship, college athletics, or competitive level)
  • Competitive, resilient, and financially motivated
  • Confident communicator with strong presence
  • Ambitious and driven to progress quickly

What You’ll Get:

  • Uncapped commission – your performance dictates your earnings
  • Clear, merit-based progression
  • High-performance, competitive culture
  • Incentives, bonuses, and recognition for top performers

If you’ve competed at a high level, you already know what it takes to win. Now apply that mindset to your career.
