Summit Prime General Contractors

Summit Prime is one of Denver's premier general contractors with 35+ years of experience. We specialize in real estate inspection resolution — helping agents and investors complete closings on time. We're looking to scale our subcontractor network with reliable, professional electricians, plumbing and HVAC professionals who meet our standards. We have 1-2 projects per week on average, with opportunities for consistent work across residential houses, basement remodels, and service calls. Trade licensing is required along with the following requirements:

• Current liability insurance
• Workers comp for any employees
• Background check clearance
• Must respond within 2 days of request
• Reliable communication (respond to emails/calls same day)
• Able to meet inspection deadlines
• Denver metro service area only
• Own tools and equipment
• Professional appearance

Work Frequency: 1-2 projects per week on average.

Response Requirement: All service requests are time-sensitive. We need confirmation of availability and estimated start date within 48 hours of contact.

Service Area: Work is limited to the Denver metro area to ensure fast response times and tight deadlines.
