Responsibilities

• Perform weekly swimming pool cleaning and maintenance services
• Skim debris, brush pool surfaces, vacuum pools, and empty baskets
• Test and balance pool water chemistry
• Add and monitor chlorine, acid, and other treatment chemicals
• Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and pool equipment
• Identify potential maintenance or repair issues and report findings
• Maintain accurate service records using company software
• Drive a company service route efficiently and safely
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Ensure pools meet cleanliness and safety standards

Qualifications

Required

• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in Texas weather
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation to and from the office

Preferred

• Previous pool cleaning experience
• Experience with water chemistry and pool equipment
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
• Mechanical or maintenance experience
• Knowledge of residential swimming pool systems
