As a Senior Universal Banker,you’llbe thego ‑ tofinancial guide for members. You will:

• Lead financial conversations with members to help them navigate everyday banking, major life decisions, andlong ‑ termgoals.
• Build relationships that create lifelong members through trust, empathy, and outstanding service.
• Provide expert support on accounts, loans, digital banking tools, and personalized financial solutions.
• Mentor and support Universal Bankers , helping elevate the member experience and team performance.
• Solve problems creatively , from helping a member improve their credit to guiding them through a big purchase or budget.
• Drive branch success through sales, service excellence, and smartdecision ‑ making.

WhatYou’llBring

• 3+ years of sales or customer service experience (or related higher education).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtainandmaintainan NMLS number .
• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills that reflect Summit’s positive,member ‑ focusedculture.
• Adaptability and sound judgment to handle unique daily challenges within established guidelines.
• Active listening skills and a commitment to fully understanding and resolving member needs.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate proactively with members andnon ‑ members.
• High attention to detail , with consistentfollow ‑ upandfollow ‑ through.
• Comfort using the Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.
• Basic math skills and readiness to learn more complex financial concepts.
