  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients in processing trauma and developing effective coping strategies.
  • Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies to ensure patient safety and stability.
  • Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and resources for healing.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards, ensuring seamless continuity of care.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, promoting a compassionate and non-judgmental therapeutic atmosphere.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience preferred, focusing on trauma therapies and interventions.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapy aimed at trauma recovery.
  • A willingness to engage with couples and pursue ongoing training in this area, even if not currently practiced.
