Job description

Job Summary (List Format):
- Perform laser transmitter assembly and manufacturing within a cleanroom environment.
- Install, align, and operate laser transmitters and related components.
- Develop and refine techniques and procedures for building lasers.
- Assemble and test optical, mechanical, and electrical subassemblies.
- Conduct optical bonding, cleaning, and inspection of laser units with high attention to detail.
- Build wiring harnesses, perform soldering, and assemble PCBs for electrical and electro-optical subassemblies.
- Identify and resolve issues during assembly, and recommend process improvements to increase yield.
- Ensure all tasks meet specified quality standards.
- Demonstrate ethical and professional behavior consistent with company values.
- Adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Follow established processes and complete all other assignments as required.
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with 0-2 years of relevant experience (3+ years in manufacturing is a plus).
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person as defined by ITAR.
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed to meet business objectives.
