Position Overview:
We are currently seeking both experienced and entry-level carpenters to join our team. Our primary work involves interior home remodeling, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and custom cabinetry. The majority of our projects take place indoors, providing a stable, controlled environment that is less affected by weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Framing on residential remodeling projects, some room additions, and new build

• Installation of cabinetry, trim, doors, and other finish carpentry elements

• Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in all aspects of the job

• Work collaboratively with the project team to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in framing and/or finish carpentry is preferred, but not required for entry-level positions

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to meeting deadlines

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the trade
