Responsibilities:
- Guest Interaction: Engage with guests to provide menu recommendations, take orders, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Food Preparation: Uphold the highest standards of food safety while preparing and serving fresh and customized sandwiches to meet Subway's quality expectations.
- Cleanliness Maintenance: Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant. This includes regular cleaning routines, sanitation practices, and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
- Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with team members, fostering a collaborative and positive atmosphere within the restaurant.
Requirements:
- Education: Some high school or equivalent.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication Skills: Effectively understand and implement both written and verbal instructions.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various areas of the restaurant, operate the Point of Sale system, and handle tasks such as bending, standing, and walking throughout the workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
