WhatYou'll Do:
As an Assistant Store Leader, you'llbe a key player in daily operations and team development. Your responsibilitiesinclude:
- Leadingby example as a Sandwich Artist.
- Monitoringproductivity and adjusting employee hours as needed.
- Handlinginventory, couponlog tracking, spot checks, and post close reconciliation during shifts worked as needed.
- Ordering food asneeded.
- Tracking foodrotation in cooler, freezer and dry goods.
- Being able tosuccessfully open and close the store.
- Being able to successfullycomplete a catering order.
- Beingable to bake bread according to Subway standards.
- Supporting the Store Manager with shift coverage and team culture.
- Ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards as set by Subway and the Health Department.
- Attendingnew promotional Window calls as requested.
- Performingcash-handling and reconciliation tasks.
- Trainingnew team members and tracking their progress.
- Assisting employees with problems concerning "how to" perform specific tasksrelated to their position.
- Develop positive working relationship with employees they aretraining to help adapt them to the store's culture.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
