Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Physical Therapist at Strong Human Therapy Solutions, your primary duties will include:

  • Documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to formulate and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Conducting thorough evaluations of patients’ medical histories and performing detailed physical examinations to assess their physical capabilities.
  • Designing and customizing individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, setting measurable goals, and adapting programs to meet evolving patient needs.
  • Providing education to patients and their families about treatment plans and strategies for improved health, function, and wellness.
  • Utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure the most effective rehabilitation approaches are employed for each patient.

Qualifications
  • A valid and active Florida State license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage patient caseloads and documentation requirements efficiently.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a rehabilitation or clinical setting is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package includes an annual salary range between $90,000 and $120,000, contingent upon experience and caseload management.
