  • Prior Experience: Joined Northwestern Mutual as the agency's first college agent and progressed through multiple leadership roles including College Agent, Special Agent, College Unit Director, Field Director, Managing Director, and Managing Partner.
  • Passionate About: His faith and community involvement, including supporting organizations such as Our Fathers House Soup Kitchen.
Renata Carvalho, Managing Director (MD):
  • Time with NM: Since 2019.
  • Prior Experience: Economist with an Executive MBA from Florida Atlantic University and extensive experience in global business management across financial planning, sales, procurement, logistics, and marketing within multinational corporations. Licensed in over 20 states with expertise in international business and financial literacy initiatives.
  • Passionate About: Advocating for immigrants, women, and minorities, fostering inclusivity and equality, supporting the LGBTQ+ community, golfing, and helping individuals pursue personal and financial growth opportunities.
Linda Buccilli, Managing Director (MD):
