Front Desk Receptionist

Then you might be the perfect fit for our Front Desk Receptionist role! We're a fast-growing wellness studio that helps people move better, feel better, and live better—and we're looking for someone who can be the first friendly face our clients see.

What You'll Do:

• Greet and check in clients with positive energy
• Schedule appointments and manage client flow
• Answer phone calls, texts, and emails like a pro
• Keep things organized and running smoothly behind the scenes
• Assist with light admin and support marketing events

What We're Looking For:

• A people-person who's upbeat, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced (but fun!) environment
• Comfortable with technology (booking software, texting clients, etc.)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A team player who's not afraid to jump in and help wherever needed

• Have experience in a wellness, fitness, or health setting
• Can handle busy times with grace (and maybe a little humor)
