Stretch Zone Head Practitioner/Assistant Manager
Job summary
This is a full time role to act as a lead stretch practitioner and assistant manager. The practitioner's role is to service the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service, effective assisted stretching techniques and creation of a long term customer loyalty
environment. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for performing stretches on new clients to explain Stretch Zone services and benefits will also selling this new client the proper membership package to sign up for. Sales will be a part of this role.

Part of the duties required of a practitioner is to maintain and contribute to the culture of Stretch
Zone. We at Stretch Zone work as a team. All team members are expected to clean and maintain
the store. Everyone is expected to contribute. This culture is a foundation of Stretch Zone and
will contribute to the overall success of each location. This will help us provide the very best
service and atmosphere for all of our clients.
This is a non-exempt position.
Essential duties and responsibilities :
Maintain a personal commitment to meeting the needs of customers
Comply with the scheduling as directed by the General Manager, targeting 25 sessions
per week after initial training.
Maintain a positive attitude at all times when working with clients.
Dress professionally according to current dress code standards as highlighted in the company handbook
Contribute to the team environment
Other duties as assigned
- Clock in and out as required in the handbook
Required knowledge skills and abilities:
Must be able to manage time effectively
Must be proficient in Stretch Zone techniques, process and procedures
Must be able to effectively service and maintain client base
Training:
You will be required to complete a one-week training period where you will be taught the Stretch Zone methodology in order to become a certified stretch practitioner. In addition, there will be a second week of training to go over all sales and management duties in order to properly assist the General Manager. Applicants will be paid for the training periods. This training will likely occur at our Florida corporate office so willingness to travel is a key.
WORKING ON WEEKENDS WILL BE REQUIRED
Compensation Structure:
Head Practitioner compensation is comprised of a an activity based wage as follows:
Pay will be earned per the stretch performed
The Lead Practitioner or Assistant General Manager will receive commissions monthly.
