This well-established group practice is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OBGYN to join our growing, physician-led practice in Nashville, Tennessee. This opportunity is ideal for a practicing physician or 2027 / 2028 resident seeking a collaborative environment, strong mentorship, excellent clinical support, and a clear path to partnership. Lifestyle & Schedule- 3.5 clinic days per week
- Dedicated OR time available
- Post-call day flexibility
- Shared 1:6+ call rotation (3 new associates joining in 2026/2027!)
- Call taken from home unless clinical needs require hospital presence
- Dedicated nursing team manages patient calls
- Women's Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs)
- Certified Nurse-Midwives (CNMs)
- Physician Assistant support
- Dedicated clinical staff assigned to each physician
- APP support for weekend rounding
