About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and masking vehicles.
• Mix and match paint colors to ensure the perfect finish.
• Apply paint using spray guns and other tools with precision.
• Inspect painted surfaces for quality and make necessary touch-ups.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with the repair team to meet project deadlines.
• Stay updated on the latest painting techniques and products.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe workspace.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an auto body painter or similar role.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for color matching.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in auto body painting is a plus.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to quality workmanship.
