About the Opportunity

Strategic Partner Solutions is seeking experienced Conveyor Installers and Conveyor Mechanics for material handling and conveyor installation projects.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for individuals with proven conveyor installation experience who can work independently, read installation drawings, and contribute immediately on active job sites.

The current project is located in Pittston, Pennsylvania, with a start date of July 7, 2026

Successful team members will be considered for future conveyor and automation projects, including upcoming work in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install conveyor systems
• Bolt together conveyor frames, supports, and structural components
• Install rollers, pulleys, bearings, drives, guards, and mechanical assemblies
• Read and interpret installation drawings and layout prints
• Square, level, and align conveyor equipment
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, impacts, torque wrenches, and measuring equipment
• Work safely around aerial lifts and active construction environments
• Maintain quality workmanship while meeting production schedules

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of conveyor installation exp
• Experience with material handling systems
• Mechanical assembly experience
• Ability to read installation drawings
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Own basic hand tools
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

Preferred Experience

Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable:

• Amazon Fulfillment Centers
• Distribution Centers
• Warehouse Construction
• Material Handling Systems
• Automation Equipment

Experience with conveyor manufacturers or system integrators such as:

• Dematic
• Honeywell Intelligrated
• Daifuku
• TGW
• Hytrol
• Bastian Solutions
• Fives
• Vanderlande
• Siemens Logistics
