Strata Geosystems

Manages all ground improvement applications, products and related functions for Strata North America, including but not limited to: mapping target market and customers, understanding and managing all the technical and commercial data, defining product SKUs, stock requirements and identifying projects, customer visits (in some cases, jointly with market manager), assisting in marketing for ground improvement products (presentations, etc.), training Market Managers on sales strategy and value proposition, coordinating any testing / R&D need etc.

· Comprehensive commercial lead for ground improvement products in North America.

· Develop and maintain a key understanding of the N. American ground improvement market’s competitive environment, including total addressable markets, competitive sets, channel alliances and dynamics, product innovations, etc. target customers & distributors, value proposition, pricing and commercial offers, typical projects and SKUs sold.

· Develop go-to-market strategies considering Strata’s basket of ground improvement products in conjunction with the General Manager.

· In conjunction with the India back-office and marketing team, develop design aids for third party engineers use.

· Assist GM and sales teams with marketing & branding activities geared towards the N. American market.

· Meet Support sales team efforts with customers & distributors in developing long-term, profitable partnerships.

· Coordinate with R&D on all testing and product specification initiatives in relation to product launches.

· Represent Strata in N. American tradeshows, industry trade group meetings, and other thought leadership forums.

· Develop and perform ongoing sales/marketing strategy training with Market Managers.

· Manage ground improvement marketing budget?

· Stay abreast of industry developments and regulations and emerging technologies

Education

· Bachelor’s degree in civil / environmental engineering

· Additional Business certification preferred

Experience

· 10+ years of business experience, both sales and technical, in the construction and/or construction materials market – geosynthetic industry experience strongly preferred – with a proven track record of building successful commercial relationships through a solutions-oriented, partnership development approach.

o Experience in geotechnical design incorporating a wide range of geosynthetic products
