Stout NYC is a high-volume sports bar and restaurant located steps from Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. From Rangers and Knicks games to concerts and special events, no two days are the same.

We are currently seeking hardworking, energetic Bussers to join our team.

Position Summary

Bussers play a critical role in creating a positive guest experience by maintaining clean dining areas, supporting servers and bartenders, and ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently during service.

The ideal candidate is dependable, works well under pressure, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced hospitality team.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms, bar areas, service stations, and guest-facing spaces
• Assist servers with water service, food delivery, and guest requests as needed
• Support bartenders by collecting glassware and keeping bar areas clean
• Stock service stations with necessary supplies throughout shifts
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties
• Maintain clean floors and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
• Work closely with the management team to support smooth service flow

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and event-driven shifts
