They're seeking a looking for an SVP to own and drive the full consumer digital product strategy -from deposits and lending through robo-advising, crypto, and next-generation AI-powered banking experiences.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Own the complete consumer digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Drive personalized, AI-powered consumer experiences across web and mobile
• Lead and develop high-performing product and UX teams
• Define and monitor KPIs across adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue
• Report consumer product strategy and growth opportunities directly to executive leadership

✅ Qualifications:

• 10+ years in product management with at least 5 years in senior leadership
• End-to-end consumer digital product ownership — not just feature delivery
• Background in digital banking, neobank, fintech, or consumer financial services
• AI-first mindset with genuine P&L accountability
• Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
