Description

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Reports to: Manager of Operations

Department: Receiving, Inventory, Picking, Shipping/QC, Put Away, Unloading, Loading

Purpose of Job:

Perform an array of functions to include receiving, processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping, organizing, and retrieving inventory in the warehouse.

Job Description includes but not limited to:

• Order preparation and processing
• Sort and stack materials on pallets, racks, shelves, or bins according to organizational standards
• Inventory creation and put away
• Inventory control and audit
• Prepare parcels for shipment
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat by sweeping and organizing
• Wear and correctly use the proper safety equipment
• Operate forklift if needed
• Must be able to cross train in all positions including Receiving, Inventory, Picking, Shipping/QC, Returns, Put Away, Unloading and Loading
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• Able to bend, twist, kneel, lift, pull, push, walk, and stand for extended amounts of time
• Able to work successfully in a team environment
• Able to read labels, numbers and see colors
• Ability and willingness to pay attention to detail
• Able to work rapidly at a constant pace in a fast-paced environment
• Must be flexible with schedule changes as demands arise
• Must be able to consistently meet productivity standards in all areas assigned
• Able to work in indoor areas with temperature and humidity variations based on local weather conditions
• Must be able to work 10 hrs. shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 16.00-22.00 per Hour

• 8 hour shift

• Rock Hill, SC 29730: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• 1st shift 7am-3pm
