We are looking for talented slinging superheroes (AKA Bakery Managers) responsible for orchestrating a symphony of sweetness to delight our customers and maximize our pastry-driven profits. Responsibilities for Bakery Manager:
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of store team members
  • Support labor scheduling and workforce planning to meet operational needs
  • Monitor payroll, labor costs, and store productivity metrics
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health compliance standards
  • Open and close store operations, including cash handling and deposit procedures
  • Keep a watchful eye on inventory, sales reports, and employee performance, ensuring our donut empire runs like a well-oiled machine.
