Stone Acupuncture Center is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Acupuncturist to join our transformative healthcare team in Sunnyvale, California. Work Environment

Our outpatient office provides an engaging, collaborative work setting where Acupuncturists work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, chiropractors, and physical therapists. Together, we create personalized treatment plans that cater to the individual needs of our patients, facilitating a well-rounded approach to healthcare. The work schedule offers flexibility with hours between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, allowing our Acupuncturist to effectively manage their time while serving the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations with patients to gather comprehensive medical histories, identify health concerns, and set clear treatment goals.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that may use acupuncture, herbal remedies, cupping therapy, and lifestyle modifications tailored to each patient.
• Perform acupuncture procedures skillfully, including precise needle insertion and stimulation techniques, to facilitate pain relief and promote overall wellness.
• Offer dietary and lifestyle recommendations to enhance holistic health outcomes and support patients on their journey to recovery.
• Collaborate consistently with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate patient records, thoroughly documenting treatment plans, patient progress, and expected outcomes for ongoing evaluation.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state license and certification to practice as an Acupuncturist.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the principles and techniques of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
• In-depth knowledge of acupuncture points, meridian pathways, and established treatment protocols.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with patients effectively.
• A compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare, emphasizing empathy and active listening.
• Commitment to professional development and staying informed about the latest advancements in acupuncture and holistic health.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical setting providing acupuncture treatments.
• Experience in a collaborative healthcare environment is highly valued.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position is competitive, ranging from USD 60 to 80 per hour, commensurate with experience and expertise. In addition to a base salary, our Acupuncturists enjoy commission opportunities on certain services.
