At Tommy's Express Car Wash in West Bend we are growing fast and looking for motivated people who want to grow with us! We have locations in West Bend, Sheboygan and Oshkosh.

As an Assistant Manager, you get to,

• Provide quick and friendly service to our guests
• Support, train, and lead team members
• Communicate with leadership and team members
• Complete inventory
• Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to
• Perform hourly inspections

What We Expect from a Tommy's Express Assistant Manager:

• A positive, friendly attitude
• Develop, foster, and promote an environment that prioritizes guest and team member satisfaction.
• Promptly and accurately process guest orders.
• Actively promote and sell car washes and unlimited club memberships.
• Maintain our car wash, vacuum center, and grounds for all customer needs.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Exceptionally reliable
• Energetic, self-starter for a fast-paced environment
• Team player and customer-focused
• Must be able to open or close the store and work 40-45 hours per week. Weekend availability is required.
• Exceptional verbal and communication skills
• Must be able to problem-solve and multitask
• Comfortable with technology
• Exceed guests’ expectations, always.
• Management Experience preferred.
