Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through interviews and standardized screening tools to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs and inform personalized treatment planning.
• Develop targeted treatment plans that align with clients' unique goals, utilizing evidence-based approaches to facilitate effective therapy processes.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques.
• Collaborate with fellow professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure an integrated and cohesive approach to client care, enhancing the quality of support offered.
• Educate and empower clients and their families, equipping them with tools and strategies for navigating the recovery process and enhancing overall mental wellness.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, following regulatory and ethical standards to ensure quality care and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population is diverse, consisting of individuals from various socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. Qualifications

• A current and valid mental health license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Strong foundation in evidence-based practices related to mental health disorders, ensuring the application of the most effective interventions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in outpatient settings or community mental health environments.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive yearly salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
