Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented, entry-level Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our residential behavioral health team (New Grads Welcome). In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients navigating recovery and behavioral health challenges in a structured, supportive residential environment. The ideal candidate will excel at medication management, patient monitoring, and fostering a safe, respectful community focused on long-term wellness, all while working side-by-side with our Registered Nurse, Therapists, and other LPN's.

- Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Arizona LPN License (or valid compact state license) in good standing.
- Clearances: Must possess, or be eligible to obtain, an Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Experience: Prior experience in behavioral health, psychiatric nursing, substance use disorder recovery, or residential care settings is preferred, but not necessary.
- Core Competencies: Strong clinical boundaries, excellent communication skills, and an empathetic, non-judgmental approach to patient care across diverse populations.
- Work Environment & Schedule
- Dynamic, 24/7 residential facility environment requiring collaboration and active movement throughout the shift.
- Available shifts may include days, evenings, and rotating weekends.
- NO overnight shifts may be required to be on-call
