Construction Recruiter / Worker Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE
Stellar Synergy is hiring a Recruiter / Worker Coordinator to build and maintain the bench of skilled tradespeople our clients depend on. This is fast-paced, high-volume recruiting: you source, screen, and qualify field workers, keep a clean and organized database, and make sure crews are confirmed and ready before every dispatch. If you are phone- and text-forward and process-driven, this role is built for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Source and screen tradespeople through job boards, social platforms, and referrals.
• Run high-volume outreach by phone, text, and WhatsApp, and qualify candidates quickly.
• Build and maintain a worker database with standardized capture: name, contact, trade classification, area, willingness to travel, ID, and work eligibility.
• Confirm work authorization and required documentation up front to keep clients compliant on federal and prevailing-wage projects.
• Coordinate night-before dispatch confirmations: project details out, ID and selfie in, pay rate and attendance confirmed.
• Follow and improve a repeatable, documented recruiting process.
• Partner with field operations to fill open requests and over-recruit for reliable coverage.
• Hit weekly sourcing and pipeline targets.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 1+ years of recruiting or staffing experience, ideally high-volume or in construction, skilled trades, or light industrial.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required (most candidate communication is in Spanish).
• Comfortable living on the phone and in text, and working in a CRM or ATS plus spreadsheets.
• Organized, process-driven, and motivated by clear targets.
• Familiarity with I-9, E-Verify, and work-authorization screening a plus.
• Construction trade knowledge a plus.
