Work Environment

This remote position allows you to engage in therapeutic practices without the constraints of a traditional office. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs effectively and create personalized treatment plans that reflect individual goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, to address client issues and promote healing.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate documentation for each session.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including medical professionals and mental health specialists, to provide integrated care.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated with the latest research, trends, and methodologies in clinical social work and mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with clients facing terminal illnesses, grief, and transitional mental health challenges associated with end-of-life care. Your expertise in managing anxiety, depression, and trauma will empower clients to navigate their emotional journeys through compassionate counseling and support.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• An active LCSW license in the state of Georgia.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills that facilitate effective interactions with clients and the treatment team.
• Capable of thriving in a collaborative environment while demonstrating independence and responsibility for case management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working within a hospice or end-of-life care setting is highly desirable.
• Experience in applying trauma-informed care principles and solution-focused psychotherapy methods.
• Familiarity with telehealth applications and digital care coordination practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, supplemented with a powerful benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance. Other benefits provided are:
