Steam Clean Pros is hiring a dependable, motivated Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our growing team.

We are proud to be one of the higher-paying companies in our industry, offering $20–$28/hour, plus commission and tips — paid weekly. Once fully trained, technicians typically earn approximately $800–$1,500 per week, depending on hours, commission, and tips.

No carpet-cleaning experience is required. We provide paid, hands-on training, company equipment, and the tools needed to succeed. We are much more interested in finding someone who is reliable, hardworking, professional, comfortable with customers, and willing to learn.

This is a full-time, year-round field position. Our technicians travel in company vehicles to residential and commercial properties throughout our service area and provide professional carpet, tile & grout, and upholstery cleaning.

Responsibilities:

• Clean carpet, tile & grout, and upholstery in homes and businesses
• Drive a company van to scheduled jobs
• Operate professional cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate professionally with customers
• Maintain company vehicles, equipment, tools, and supplies
• Follow company procedures and safety standards
• Work independently in the field after training

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company and insurance requirements
• Reliable transportation to our Bradenton office
• Dependable, punctual, and able to consistently work scheduled days
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work, including bending, kneeling, and working on your feet
• Professional appearance and communication
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working independently in customers’ homes and businesses
• Customer service or home-service experience is helpful, but not required
• Weekend availability is required as part of technician scheduling
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and driving-record review, as permitted by law
