Stealth Battery Startup is a company focused on developing cutting-edge battery technology to promote clean energy. They are seeking a Senior IT Engineer to manage productivity tools and optimize the internal technology ecosystem, directly impacting employee experience and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Administer and support tools like Slack, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other business-critical applications
• Troubleshoot end-user issues across SaaS platforms
• Manage user provisioning and access audits
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks
• Implement and validate cross application integrations
• Evaluate new SaaS tools and assist with onboarding
• Maintain IT documentation and knowledge base articles
• Collaborate with network and security engineers to ensure compliance
• Participate in IT projects, rollouts, and cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years in IT support, systems administration, or operations
• Experience in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration
• Exposure to scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.) and automation
• Familiarity with IAM platforms (Okta, Entra ID, Google Identity)
• Experience supporting SaaS tools like Slack, Jira, Confluence, Zoom
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience mentoring junior IT engineers and team members
