Job description

Job Description This is a non-merit, temporary position. Positions in this class are exempt from the screening and referral requirements of the Iowa Department of Administrative Services - Human Resources Enterprise. Available Scheduling Options Work as few as two shifts per month in areas with identified needs.

OR Commit to every third weekend with a choice of: Evening Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Night Shift: 8:15 PM - 6:15 AM Rate of pay is $30.38-$39.33 Benefits for Your Career Stage For New Graduates: This is an ideal way to gain diverse clinical experience and build your skill set while pursuing advanced certifications or further education. For Experienced Nurses: These roles provide the work-life balance necessary for those needing a flexible schedule or supplemental income without a full-time commitment. Annual Hour Limit: You may work a maximum of 780 hours per fiscal year

Average Bi-weekly Hours: This equates to an average of 30 hours per pay period. Mandatory Orientation: You must complete at least 80 hours of orientation within the first 6 weeks of your hire date. Scheduling Flexibility: Beyond the mandatory orientation, you have the flexibility to pick up additional hours at your convenience, provided you do not exceed the annual 780-hour cap.
