STAT Home Health is currently seeking a Home Health Scheduler LPN!

Essential duties include:
- Coordinating and managing scheduling needs for a large nursing and therapy team
- Collecting, Managing, and reporting of scheduling information
- Assigning new clients to clinicians according to scheduling protocols
- Setting up all home health patient schedules
Qualifications:
- Current Louisiana Licensed Practical Nurse license
- Prior home health scheduling experience preferred
- Managed care experience preferred
- Proficient with computer use and software applications
- Basic medical terminology
- Multi-tasker and customer service-oriented
- Ability to carry out directions and have strong problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and be successful in a very fast paced environment???????
