We are a growing family-owned business in the Youngstown area looking for a dependable and positive Office Assistant to join our team.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being the friendly voice of our company.
Schedule:
MondayFriday
9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Full-Time Position
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
Schedule estimates for our sales team
Make outbound calls when needed
Perform basic office tasks and help keep the office organized
Provide excellent customer service and represent our company with integrity
